As the exporter, we manage the entire VAT rebate process within China. Our invoice amount already reflects the post-rebate price, ensuring you receive the most competitive cost.

Can you help us obtain the required import certifications for our country?

We assist in procuring necessary documents like the Certificate of Conformity (COC) and SONCAP Certificate and Product Certificate. However, the final import permit must be applied for by the importer based on local regulations. We recommend consulting with a local agent in advance.

How do you handle vehicle breakdowns? What is the warranty policy?

We offer a standard warranty of 12 months or 100,000 km (whichever comes first). Non-artificial failures within the warranty period are repaired free of charge. We provide remote diagnostic support and can assist in contacting local service partners.

Do you provide technical training and spare parts supply?

Yes, we provide free remote operational training. We also have spare parts warehouses in key markets (e.g., Southeast Asia, Middle East) to guarantee 48-hour dispatch for common parts, with priority handling for urgent orders.

How are the vehicles packaged to ensure safety during transit?

We use professional packaging solutions, including anti-rust sealing, disassembly and sealing of critical parts, and tire fixation brackets. We can provide a video of the container loading process for your confirmation.
